Returns - We need to ensure the safety of products and cannot do so with returned items. Furry guarantees to replace or refund the cost of a product that has a major fault or is found to be an unacceptable quality. Cost incurred to return the product will be borne by the customer.

Please be careful with your selection. Once made your order is final and no refunds can be given if a customer makes a change/cancellation.
